  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT ANSWER MY ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONS CORRECTLY, OR I FAIL AN ASSESSMENT ENTIRELY?

    The marker will supply comments back to you. We then give you an opportunity to amend your assignment task and resubmit this for marking.

  • WHO DO I CONTACT IF I DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY ASSESSMENT?

  • WHO DO I CONTACT IF I WANT TO CHECK MY ASSESSMENT RESULTS?

    If you are completing your qualification within your company, contact your IMNZ Account Manager. If you are enrolled on the public programme, please contact the education team on 04 495 8300.

  • HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE, WHERE IS MY MARKING, HOW DO I GET AN EXTENSION ON THE DUE DATE?

    From the time the assessment is received, the turnaround is approximately 3-4 weeks. Extensions on your submission date can be granted under extenuating circumstances; please email enquiries@imnz.net.nz

QUALIFICATION QUESTIONS

  • HOW DO I APPLY FOR MY CERTIFICATE?

    Please email enquiries@imnz.net.nz.If you are completing your papers with another provider Students are required to register their papers to apply for their NZIM qualification. You will need to complete a registration application.

    Please forward the completed application form along with copies of your study institution transcript(s) and NZQA transcript.

    Once you have emailed this paperwork to the education team, the registration/awarding will be processed. This process can take up to 3 weeks and your qualification certificate and accompanying IMNZ record of learning will then be posted to you.

    If you require your documents urgently, we have a priority processing service available, which reduces the processing time to 2/3 working days and their documents are couriered to you. This involves an additional fee of $100.

  • CAN I HAVE A RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT?

  • CAN I HAVE MY CERTIFICATE REPRINTED?

    A replacement certificate/record of achievement can be issued and posted to you. The fee for the replacement of both of these documents is $40 (posted within NZ) and the processing time is up to 3 weeks. If documents are required urgently, there is a priority processing service which reduces the processing time to 2-3 working days and the documents are couriered to you. This involves an additional fee of $100. We may need to ask for evidence of your identity.

  • HAVE I COMPLETED ALL OF THE MODULES?

    Please contact the education team on 04 495 8300 to find out the status of your programme as you progress towards your qualification.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT?

    Up to eight weeks from the date of your last module.

  • CAN I CROSS CREDIT MY OTHER LEARNING?

    This has to be evaluated on a case by case basis. Contact the education team on 04 495 8300.
