Wilson has over 20 years’ experience in senior marketing, management, and consulting positions in major New Zealand and international organisations, across the manufacturing, FMCG, export, and telecommunication sectors.
Wilson has particular expertise as a trainer and coach, specialising in Influencing and “Trusted Advisor” relationship skill development, negotiation skills and presentation skills training.
He provides coaching to sales organisations where the sales cycle can be characterised as long or complex. He also provides executive coaching to a diverse group of clients at executive, senior management and professional level.
Previously, Wilson spent seven years as a senior consultant and trainer at Rogen (now RogenSi) an international training and consulting firm specialising in Sales & Relationship Management, Presentation Skills, Influencing, and Negotiation L&D programmes.
