In-person training is a great option for people who are looking to step into a focused classroom environment. These workshops provide a humancentric immersive experience, with hands-on activities such as role-play and the ability to meet with your peers and build your professional networks.

*Note that all modules are compulsory for completion of this program. Please ensure you select all 6 modules when completing registration.

Online Training Format

Our online version of the course provides a mix of videos and activities based on real-world scenarios to re-enforce what has been taught.

We realise that online learning can be a more convenient option for many, so we built our online courses using learning and development best practice to provide a dynamic and engaging learning experience, overall, making sure to incorporate all the highly regarded material from our face to face sessions.

This online training format consists of six learning modules spread across 6 weeks, which take around 2 hours to complete. This course is a bit more flexible than our others as learners can complete the modules at their own pace.

In-house Learning:

All of IMNZ’s training and management courses can be delivered in-house and can be completely customised to meet the needs of your organisation. Our in-company solutions range from training and short courses to psychometric assessments and coaching and allow your organisation to minimise the time and cost involved in training staff and enhancing organisational learning.

What Participants Have Said

“IMNZ recently provided onsite Finance for Non-Financial Manager’s training to our staff, and the feedback we received was great. Staff went out of their way to let us know how good the tutor was and that it was one of the best courses they’d done. Those who had done similar training in the past, felt they walked away with more than they had in other courses.”

Lesley Southwick

Learning & Development Manager, HEB Construction Limited

“It was a great course to get more familiar with financial reporting.”

Penelope Roberts

“It’s broken those barriers across departments. I’ve been able to engage with and better understand what’s happening. It’s been a massive win. I have an increased confidence in my ability,”
