Training Formats Available
In-Person Training Format
Our in-person learning format consists of a two-day session which will cover: Understanding Leadership, Planning as a Leader and, Working as a Leader.
In-person training provides a humancentric immersive experience, with hands-on activities such as role-play and the ability to meet with your peers and build your professional networks. Making it an ideal option for people who thrive off a focused classroom environment.
Online Training Format
It’s great that IMNZ can now offer online learning as an alternative to face to face as we understand that sometimes, learning from your home or work is more convenient.
This training format consists of the same learning modules but is broken down into an 8-week online course. Each week there is a one hour facilitated webinar accompanied by two hour of online activities. The shorter, more regular sessions mean that learners don’t need to take full days out of the office in order to do this training like they would with the in-person training.
