With 20 years of industry and project management experience, Rhys is passionate about delivering successful projects – large or small – anchored around effective and diplomatic communication.

A Director of training and consulting business providing leadership, guidance and support in a variety of sectors, including government, corporate and not for profit, Rhys is heavily involved with the Project Management community. He serves as the Membership Lead for the Project Management Institute of NZ and willingly undertakes to advise on numerous projects and initiatives to improve and provide value to the community directly and at large.

Rhys is also an accredited provider of the globally acclaimed Think on Your Feet ® training programme, which focuses on improving individual communication skills to increase clarity, brevity, and impact! ®

An expert facilitator and highly rated by participants, whether it is addressing governance, operations or communication, Rhys delivers highly engaging and effective training.
