Health & Safety Alert Level 2

Alert Level 2 (Auckland) and Level 1 (Outside Auckland)

Your safety and the safety of our team is our top priority, along with delivering an extraordinary learning experience.  Our Auckland venues are well prepared and up to date with the Ministry of Health recommendations for operating under Level 2.  Our venues outside of Auckland are also well versed in operating safely under Level 1.

IMNZ will continue to deliver our Auckland based public workshops under alert level 2.

Health and Safety Protocols Under Alert Level 2

Each of our venues have strict health and safety processes in place.  These cover areas such as:

  1. Reminders about hand washing and/or the provision of hand sanitiser
  1. Additional cleaning and room sanitisation processes
  1. Contact tracing with the Covid-19 app
  1. Limits to the number of people allowed in a room (for IMNZ the maximum is 15)
  1. Contactless catering when required
  1. Physical distancing reminders

The required 1m physical distancing between participants will be adhered to for all our public workshops.  This relates to seating arrangement, interaction during the workshop, and during breaks.

Our facilitators will provide a safety briefing at the beginning of each workshop to ensure participants are fully aware of the required procedures.

If you are feeling unwell or showing potential symptoms of COVID-19 such as coughing, a temperature or shortness of breath, please remain at home.  Contact IMNZ to reschedule your booking.

How can you guarantee the health and safety of your venues?

Will you tell us if someone in my class gets COVID-19 and we might have been exposed?

If a facilitator discloses that they may be infected with Covid-19, they will be required to undergo medical screening and to disclose the results to an appropriate representative within IMNZ.  Should it be confirmed that a facilitator has contracted Covid-19, this will be reported to the appropriate health authority and advice taken on how to manage containment and disclosure of contact tracing information.  If a customer discloses that they may be infected with Covid-19, this will be reported to the appropriate health authority and advice taken on how to manage containment and disclosure of contact tracing information.
